Pamper And Chill Out Zones (6m tent)

Set up in our 6m bell tent, and we will style the tent for an area to pamper and chill.

Inclusions;

Boho-styled bell tent, floor coverings, 4 covered chairs with metal bowls, seated table with 4 covered chairs, large lace teepee with cushions and rugs, small tables with decorations, lighting and decor.

Note: At Slumber Wonderland, we specialise in providing exceptional teepee experiences tailored to your unique experiences. Please note that our services do not include cosmetics or personal pampering. We focus on creating memorable teepee setups for your occasions, ensuring comfort, style, and relaxation for you and your guests.
No cosmetic products will be supplied for the pamper party.
  • We will deliver, erect and decorate your bell tent/s to the agreed location on the date.
  • We will pack up and remove all equipment from your event location on the agreed final day of your hire.
  • We may require access to the site at least 24 hours before and after your event. It is not always possible to set up the tents on the same day, depending on the weather, other bookings, the size of the event, etc. Therefore, flexibility in set up / pack down times is required.
  • We will do everything possible to ensure your tent is delivered at the agreed time and date, however, we take no responsibility for delays out of our control, such as road incidents or inclement weather.
  • If we deem the tent/s cannot be pitched due to adverse weather conditions, your booking will be rescheduled to the next mutually agreeable date. A full refund will be given if no suitable date is agreed upon.
  • If you cancel due to weather conditions where we deem the tent can be pitched, no refund will be given.
  • No refund will be given should adverse weather occur once the tent has been set up.
  • Before you confirm your bell tent hire, please ensure you have enough space to fit the tents comfortably:
  • You need a flat grassed area, a minimum of 7m x 7m, for us to fully secure the 6m tent. Please advise us of stairs, slopes, or rough terrain before setup.
  • A 5-metre tent needs 6 metres in diameter
  • A 6-metre tent needs 7 metres in diameter
  • The tents are 2-3 metres tall, so they cannot be installed under a carport or other roof/shade.
  • The area needs to be grass or something similar. – It cannot be installed on a hard surface like concrete or decking.

You are responsible for ensuring the tent fits in the space. No refunds will be provided if we cannot erect the tent upon arrival due to space constraints.

Please ensure the area is clear, clean, and free of lawn furniture, toys, animal droppings, etc. We are unable to assist you with this on arrival.

Occasionally, in wet weather, the tent may let in a small amount of water. This can happen if the pegs or ropes come slack and cause the tent to sag or if window or door zips are left open.

In adverse weather (including wind), please check the ropes and pegs regularly to ensure they are safely secured and that the tent is not sagging.

  • Delivery is free within a 30-minute drive (approx) of Wollongong, NSW.

Delivery beyond this will incur an extra fee. The location will determine this, and it will be included in your quote.

You are responsible for removing all rubbish and personal items from the tents before we arrive to take them down.
  • The tent must remain a smoke-free and pet-free zone at all times.
    No candles are allowed inside the tent. You will be given lanterns to use for lighting.
  • We do not allow cooking inside the tent.
  • Fire pits should be at least 5m away from the tent and never be left unattended.
  • Power is not required.
  • We can also include lighting around the tent if power is available within 15 metres.
  • This is optional; battery-powered lanterns and fairy lights are provided inside the tents for lighting.
  • Please advise if you would like lighting; it does not come as standard.
  • We strictly set up the tents and are not responsible for people’s or property’s safety.
  • We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, theft or damage caused during your event unless it is proved that such an incident was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of the Business.
  • Our decision is final in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions of Hire.
