The Process

This is the standard process for booking a party with Slumber Wonderland, it may vary depending on individual requirements.

Booking

If you are interested in booking a party, you can contact us via our contact form below or by email. Please provide all the required information such as theme, party numbers, address and your desired date. We endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours based on your requested party package.

To proceed with the booking, an initial 50% deposit is required to secure your party. The final balance is owed 2 days prior to the party. Direct deposit is preferred.

Service Area

We are based in Wollongong and service from Berry to Helensburgh, areas outside of this may incur a transport fee.

Setup And Take Down

Our team will come to you and set everything up on the day of the event. The space designated for the setup needs to be free of furniture and clean at the time when we arrive. We will not be responsible for moving furniture or clearing out the area.

Everything included in the setting must be returned in the same good condition as it was received, and it will be picked up as soon as the event ends. Your deposit is held until all items are returned in good working order. There will be a late pick-up fee for any pick-up after 6:00pm.

If you wish to hire for more than one night, just let us know at the time of booking and we can arrange it (additional night rate applies).

Safety And Cleanliness

We are responsible for disassembling our setting and picking it up only. Please be aware that we do not clean up party rubbish. All our furnishings are coordinated ensuring your child’s safety and the good care of your home.

Our setups meet the highest safety and cleanliness standards. ·

Each teepee legs are secured with slip-proof footings and bracings, keeping it firm and stable minimising any risk of falling down throughout the event. · Linens and blankets are cleaned in hot water …. · Rugs are vacuumed, sprayed and spot cleaned after an event. · Most string lights are battery-operated and do not present a hazard. · Non-slip mats are placed under mattresses, tray tables and rugs so they stay in place. · Every teepee pole has a rubber or silicone floor protector. · Items are replaced if necessary. You won’t see any wear and tear on our items.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to an event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of your party will not receive a refund.
